I have finally found an amazing handyman. My house had not been decorated for a long time and one interior wall was suffering from water damage. Mike used a number of creative solutions to repair and decorate my kitchen, bathroom and downstairs toilet. The finished result is beautiful and they now look like new again. I am so pleased with my boxed in pipes that I have made them into a ‘feature’.

Mike has completed several jobs for me in the last year including installing secondary double glazing and painting the outside of my house. His work has been simply excellent - he is a meticulous and tidy craftsman who takes great pride in his work. His communication is outstanding and he is flexible and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he is great at providing updates as the work progresses. His estimates are accurate and he completes work on time. I can't praise the quality of his work highly enough - he goes above and beyond to ensure that the customer is happy. I recommend him without reservation and am pleased to have found him to do my maintenance work.
We needed some skirting boards fitted in a refurbished conservatory with some funny corner angles etc. I got in touch with Mike by email and he responded very quickly and we arranged a date/time at relatively short notice, which was great. He was punctual and not only carried out the agreed work efficiently and very competently but also gave the boards a lick of paint as well, saving me a job and going beyond what we'd originally agreed. Mike from EXP Property Maintenance came to our house in May 2024 and he put up some curtain rails and curtains and some pictures and did some repairs. We were satisfied with the results . Mike is a friendly and cheerful person and was a pleasure to have in the house. We would be prepared to use Mike again. A tradesman I came across recently told the interesting story that "Which Trusted Trader" actually sent someone to speak to them , gave them a grilling in order to vet them whereas another similar organisation, which better remain nameless , didn't bother. The latter organisation just put his name on their site as someone who was supposedly recommended as long as they were paid. So regarding certain other tradesman-recommendation sites, "Caveat Emptor!"

Mike arrived at the agreed time, fixed my tap and completed several other odd jobs. He was polite, cheerful and left my property clean and tidy and gave a fair price for the job.
Good service from Mike. He did a few odd jobs like hanging blinds, fitting a curtain pole and replacing a shower valve. He took the time to do each task properly, instead of just the bare minimum and went above and beyond.

He did a fantastic job – previous repairman said we would have to change the whole toilet to have it flush properly. Mike checked the problem, went to shop to get the parts and repaired it straight away!
He was friendly, polite, and seemed to be skilled to do anything. He checked the problem, then explained to us how it could be fixed - all within low budget, and still work great.
He also repaired the leaking the piping in the kitchen and the tab, fixed the doors in the cupboards as again, others said they needed to be replaced, as they would not close properly, while Mike found the way to do it so all works great again!

Got Mike through 'yell' to Decorate my living room (wallpaper, wall mounted TV disguised the wire by channeling into the wall, painted wood work and fixed Ikea wall cabinets. Mike also really is thorough in what he did, he would make sure I was happy and came up with great creative ideas.
